Objective To evaluate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on perineal tears .Methods Clinical data of 8 patients with perineal tears who underwent VSD between February 2009 and December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed .Results All wounds healed well without complications .Conclusion The VSD can significantly accelerate wound healing in perineal tears .%目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)在会阴部撕裂伤中的治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年12月收治的8例会阴部撕裂伤患者应用VSD的临床资料.结果 全部病例创面愈合良好,无并发症出现.结论 VSD应用于会阴部撕裂伤,可加快创面的闭合,疗效较好.
