环境温度变化致大鼠小肠黏膜机械屏障损伤的研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the influence of ambient temperature changes on small intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier through observating the relationship between ambient temperature changes and small intestinal mucosal injury in rats .Methods A total of 168 rats were randomly divided into four groups :normal temperature (20 ℃ group) ,sudden drop in temperature to 4 ℃ (4 ℃ group ),sudden drop in temperature to 12 ℃( 12 ℃ group) and sudden rise in temperature to 37 ℃ (37 ℃ group),with 22 rats in each group .Six rats in each group were observed at 1 ,4 ,8 ,12 ,24 ,48 and 168 hours ,respectively .Histopathological changes in the duodenum , jejunum and ileum were observed by HE staining .Results Rats undergoing ambient temperaturernchanges had different degrees of damage in intestinal mucosa ,including villous edema ,capillary dilatation congestion and bleeding ,and inflammatory cell infiltration .The most obvious damage was found in 37 ℃ group .In addition ,time point for the most obvious damage varied among different groups .Conclusions Ambient temperature changes especially sudden rise in temperature , can result in small intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier dysfunction .%目的 通过观察在环境温度发生骤然变化时大鼠小肠黏膜的病理损伤,探讨小肠黏膜机械屏障受环境温度影响的变化规律.方法 将168只大鼠按随机数字表法均分为正常温度组(20 ℃、22只)、温度骤变组[骤降温至4 ℃组(22只)、骤降温至-12 ℃组(22只)、骤升温至37 ℃组(22只)],各组均观察7个时间点,即1、4、8、12、24、48和168 h,每个时间点6只大鼠.常规HE染色观察十二指肠、空肠及回肠的组织病理学变化.结果 温度骤变组大鼠肠黏膜组织均出现不同程度的损伤,出现绒毛水肿,毛细血管扩张充血、出血,炎细胞浸润等病理变化.在骤升温至37 ℃组损伤最严重,各组出现损伤最严重的时间不同.结论 环境温度骤升或骤降都可引起小肠黏膜机械屏障损伤;环境温度骤升使大鼠肠黏膜的机械屏障损伤更严重.
