胆囊收缩素对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后修复的影响

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of cholecystokinin octapeptide on recovery after sci-atic nerve injury in rats. Methods A model of sciatic nerve injury was established in 24 rats. These rats were assigned to receive intraperitoneal injection of either 1 nmol · kg-1 of cholecysto-kinin octapeptide (experiment group,n=12) or 8 nmol · kg -1of isotonic saline (control grup,n = 12) for 7 days. Compound nerve action potential (CNAP) and sensory nerve action potential (SNAP) of sciatic nerves and compound muscle action potential(CMAP) of gastrocnemius mus-cles were detected by an electromyography recorder postoperative 4 weeks. The latency (LAT) , amplitude (AMP) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) were recorded. Results Postoperative 4 week,LAT difference values of CNAP,SNAP and CMAP and recovery rates of AMP and NCV in experiment group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). The gastrocnemius electromyography of volatility high and incubation period short in experiment group. Conclusion Cholecystokinin octapeptide can promote the recovery after peripheral nerves.%目的 探讨八肽胆囊收缩素用于大鼠坐骨神经损伤后修复的效果.方法 将24只大鼠建立坐骨神经损伤模型.模型建立成功后,将24只大鼠按不同的给药方法分为2组:八肽胆囊收缩素组(实验组)和对照组,每组12只.实验组给予八肽胆囊收缩素8 nmol·kg-1腹腔注射,1次·d-1;对照组给予生理盐水8 nmol·kg-1腹腔注射,1次·d-1.2组大鼠均连用7 d.并对2组大鼠术后4周进行电生理检测,检测坐骨神经复合神经动作电位(CNAP)、感觉神经动作电位(SNAP)和腓肠肌复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP),分别记录潜伏期(LAT)、波幅(AMP)和神经传导速度(NCV).结果 术后4周,实验组CNAP、SNAP、CMAP的LAT差值及AMP、NCV恢复率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).实验组大鼠腓肠肌肌电图波幅高,潜伏期短.结论 八肽胆囊收缩素能有效地促进周围神经损伤后的修复.
