Objective To explore the treatment of subdural effusion after decompressive craniectomy.Methods Data from 56 patients treated for subdural effusion following decompressive craniectomy in our department between January 2002 and January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 56 patients, 18 cases cured by conservative treatment, subdural effusion gradually disappeared that 38 patients had significant mass effect but were cured by surgical treatment.Conclusion Puncture drainage and peritoneal shunt are effective in the treatment of subdural effusion after decompressive craniectomy.%目的 探讨去骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液的治疗方法.方法 对2002年1月至2010年1月56例去骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 56例中18例硬膜下积液经保守治疗痊愈.38例患者有明显的占位效应而采用手术治疗均治愈.结论 穿刺引流及积液-腹腔分流术为去骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液治疗的有效手段.
