Objective To determine the value of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepris-tone( RU-486) in the treatment of unruptured cornual pregnancy. Methods Data of 27 patients treated for unruptured cornual pregnancy between January 2007 and December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of laparoscopic surgery and laparoscopic surgery plus mifepristone on unruptured cornual pregnancy were compared. Results The success rate of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone for the treatment of unruptured cornual pregnancy was 100%. Compared with laparoscopic surgery,the combination of laparoscopic surgery and mifepristone resulted in less blood loss, shorter duration of surgery and more efficient postoperative recovery. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone is a safe and effective method to treat unruptured cornual pregnancy.%目的 探讨腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮在宫角妊娠未破裂型治疗中的价值.方法 回顾性2007年1月至2010年12月收治的宫角妊娠27例临床资料,总结开腹手术、腹腔镜、腹腔镜联合米非司酮治疗宫角妊娠的效果.结果 腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗成功率达100％,与直接腹腔镜手术比较具有术中出血少、手术时间短、术后恢复快的优点.结论 腹腔镜联合米非司酮治疗宫角妊娠安全有效.
