The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injurnry and cell apoptosis, and to evaluate the protective effects of various concentration ginsenosides (GS) on rnischemia/reperfusion model of cultured cardiomyocytes in vitro by detecting the cell necrosis and cell apoprntosis. Results: (1) GS had no significant effect on the normally cultured cardiomyocytes. (2) I/R injury rncould cause cardiomyocytes apoptosis but ischemia injury could not. (3) GS had significant protective rneffects on both necrosis and apoptosis induced by I/R injury, and the protective effects were positive corrernlation to the levels of GS (0~160 mg/L).%利用体外培养的心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的模型,检测其中的细胞损伤及细胞凋亡,并加入不同浓度的人rn参总皂甙干预,以探讨缺血再灌注损伤与细胞凋亡的关系及不同浓度的人参总皂甙对其保护作用。结果:(1)人参rn总皂甙对正常培养的心肌细胞无明显影响;(2)单纯缺血损伤中无明显心肌细胞凋亡,而缺血再灌注损伤中有细胞rn凋亡的参与;(3)人参总皂甙对缺血再灌注损伤中的细胞坏死和细胞凋亡均有显著的保护作用,其保护作用在一定rn浓度范围(0~160 mg/L)内与其浓度呈正相关。
