Since January 1, 2012, the European Union carbon emissions trading mechanism of aviation official in regulation, but the mechanism from the beginning there have been many aviation powers protested against and opposition. Through to the EU aviation carbon tariffs legal and rationality are discussed, and connecting with the aviation power in dealing with the European Union the unilateral action of the experiences and lessons of China's civil aviation from the status quo of civil aviation in China in the future trend of low carbon environment sustainable development put forward reasonable and effective countermeas- ures.%自2012年1月1日起，欧盟碳排放交易机制正式对航空业进行规制，但该机制从一开始就遭到了许多航空大国的一致抗议和反对。通过对欧盟航空碳关税合法及合理性进行探讨，结合航空大国在应对欧盟此次单边行动的经验教训，从中国民航业的现状入手为中国民航业在未来低碳潮流环境中的健康持续发展提出合理有效的对策。
