On the basis of field investigation and expert interview, this paper discusses the necessity of adjusting the training direction of undergraduates in physical education from the actual situation of Henan province. Then, in view of the current situation of talent training and the new requirements of assessment, relevant adjustment measures are proposed as follows: to clarify the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools; to broade-ning the training of preschool physical education teachers;to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation training mode, to improve the curriculum of social sports; and to take sports as the medium to promote diversified em-ployment of sports graduates.%在实地调研和专家访谈的基础上,从当前河南省专业审核评估的实际情况出发,对体育学本科人才培养方向调整的必要性进行了论证.然后针对人才培养的现状及评估的新要求,提出了相关调整措施:1)明确初中小学师资培养;2)拓宽幼儿体育师资培养;3)强化校企合作培养模式,完善社会体育专业课程设置;4)以体育为媒介,促进体育本科毕业生多元化就业.
