The “zero tolerance” policy has been widely applied to many fields .In order to strengthen the man-agement of CBA league , Chinese Basketball Association follows the example of NBA , adopting “zero tolerance”policy .This paper attempts to analyze the meaning and the theory foundation of “zero tolerance” policy according to the marxist dialectic and one dividing into two theory to explore the way to view the impact that the policy exert on CBA League rationally and objectively .%“零容忍”政策被广泛运用到许多领域。为了加强对CBA联赛赛风赛纪的管理，中国篮协效仿NBA制定“零容忍”政策。本文试图从“零容忍”政策的含义、理论根据等方面进行分析，运用马克思主义辩证法，一分为二地对CBA实施“零容忍”政策进行解析，探讨如何理性客观地看待政策对CBA联赛产生的影响。
