This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of microteaching , studies the related factors that hinder the students ’ skill in speaking lesson .Combining with the principle of microteaching method , the feasibility of improving students ’ speaking ability by using microteaching is discussed and some implementation measures and schemes of microteaching training are given .%总结了微格教学的基本特点，研究了影响师范生说课技能的相关因素，结合微格教学法的原理论证了利用微格教学提高师范生的说课能力的可行性，结合实际给出了微格实训的具体措施。
