教师网络教育是近年来教师继续教育的新的尝试。河南省农村中小学英语教师继续教育取得了很大的成绩,但成效并不理想。把网络多媒体技术引入到河南省农村中小学英语教师继续教育中来有助于克服当前教师继续教育的弊端,探索农村中小学英语教师继续教育新模式：网络教育的模式（网络自主学习模式和合作式网络学习模式）,促进教师继续教育质量的提高。%Teachers＇ training online is a new attempt of continuing education.The paper explores the new concept and models of continuing education on the basis of the present situation of continuing education of the primary and middle school English teachers in the rural areas of Henan Province and divides teachers＇ online training model into two types： autonomous learning model and cooperative learning model.
