桐柏野生大豆幼苗酸碱耐受性研究

         

摘要

为了探讨桐柏野生大豆幼苗对酸碱度的耐受程度,采用不同酸碱度(pH=3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0、10.0)处理野生大豆幼苗,观察处理后野生大豆幼苗生理及形态的变化,测定其平均株高、总湿重和干重,判断其对酸碱的耐受程度.结果显示:在8个pH梯度中,pH5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0条件下,野生大豆幼苗生长良好,pH为3.0、4.0和10.0的条件下,各项指标与其他pH条件下存在极显著差异;pH为3.0与4.0之间差异不显著;pH5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0之间差异不显著.试验结果显示出桐柏野生大豆有较宽的酸碱耐受性,进一步说明野生大豆强的抗逆性和适应性.%In order to explore the pH tolerance level of Tongbai wild soybean seedlings,the seedlings were processed with different pH(pH = 3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,10.0).Through observing the physiological and morphological changes,measuring the average plant height,total wet weight and dry weight of the processed seedlings,the tolerance was judged.The results show that in 8 pH grades,under the conditions of pH 5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,wild soybean seedlings' growths are good,under the conditions of pH 3.0,4.0 and 10.0,each indexes are significant different with other pH conditions;no significant difference exists among pH 3.0,4.0 and 10.0;that is also true among pH 5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0.Test results show the Tongbai wild soybean has a wide pH tolerance,and that also further illustrate the strong resistance and adaptability of wild soybean.
