Based on the description of cultural resources in water source area of the Middle Route Water Transfer Project from South to North,the necessity of developing cultural industry in the area is discussed,then the economical operation on cultural resources conformity is proposed： first,constructing the economic and cultural strategy cooperation organization across-administrative division;second,establishing the brand of water source area of the Middle Route Water Transfer Project from South to North;third,building cultural industry chain of water source area.%在概述南水北调中线水源区文化资源的基础上,探讨了发展南水北调中线水源区文化产业的必要性,进一步提出南水北调中线水源区文化资源整合的经济运作对策,一是构建跨行政区域的经济文化战略协作组织,二是塑造＂南水北调中线水源区文化＂品牌,三是通力打造中线工程水源区文化产业链.
