基于MRAS的感应电机无传感器控制策略优化

         

摘要

传统感应电机无传感器控制策略采用基于电压模型的转速辨识方法,存在积分初始值误差和直流偏置问题,从而影响转速跟踪效率和观测精度.针对这一问题,用滤波环节替代原有纯积分器并增加反馈补偿,提出了一种改进型基于转子磁链的模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)方法.在此基础上,通过 MATLAB/SIMU-LINK平台搭建数学模型,对改进型基于转子磁链的 MRAS法和传统 MRAS法进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明:改进型转子磁链 MRAS法能够快速准确辨识电机转速,具有较强的鲁棒性和较好的动静态性能.%The traditional method of speed identification for induction motor has integral initial value error and DC offset,which affects the speed tracking efficiency and the observation accuracy.Aiming at this problem,a speed identification control algorithm of improved model reference adaptive system (MRAS)method based on rotor flux observation is proposed.Through the MATLAB/SIMULINK platform,the mathematical model is built,and the improved MRAS method and the traditional one are simulated.The simulation results show that the improved MRAS method based on rotor flux ob-servation can identify motor speed more effectively and accurately than the traditional MRAS method, and the method proposed has strong robustness,good dynamic and static performance.
