采用溶剂萃取法,以乙醇为萃取溶剂,研究了三种聚甲基丙烯酸酯类‐苯乙烯吸油树脂的脱油和再生性能,并采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM )对三种吸油树脂再生前后的结构进行了表征。结果表明:三种吸油树脂的脱油率随着萃取时间的增加不断增大,在25 m in时脱油率达到最大值;萃取时间对树脂回收率影响很小;三种吸油树脂的再生吸油率和脱油率随再生次数的增加而降低,但树脂回收率随再生次数的增加改变量很小。%A study on the deoiling and regenerating capability of high oil absorption resin is made by absorbing diesel with the help of ethanol extraction .FITR ,TG and SEM are used to describe the character of the structure of oil absorption resin .The results show that the deoiling rate of high oil ab‐sorption resin increases with time and reaches its maximum in 25 min .The impact of time on recovery is little .The deoiling rate and recovery of oil absorption resin decrease with increasing occurrences of regeneration w hile the impact of the regeneration on recovery is little .
