TEQC software has powerful GPS data quality analysis,for it does not achieve the quality of the analysis visual-ization proposed combination RTKLIB software,powerful graphics output of raw observations satellite visibility satellite view of the sky,DOP value,multipath and satellite altitude angle displayed graphically.This paper describes the main features of TEQC,RTKLIB,describes the observation of quality inspection of nuclear standards.Finally,in an area of GPS deformation monitoring field data test results showed that combining RTKLIB TEQC can be more comprehensive,intuitive reaction obser-vational data quality,GPS data quality analysis visualization provides a new reference method.%TEQC 软件具有强大的 GPS 数据质量分析功能，针对其没有实现质量分析的可视化，提出了结合 RTKLIB 软件强大的图形输出功能对原始观测数据卫星可见性，卫星天空视图，DOP 值，多路径及卫星高度角等进行图形化显示。文中分别介绍了 TEQC、RTKLIB 的主要功能，阐述了观测质量检核标准。最后结合某地区 GPS 变形监测网实测数据验证，结果表明 TEQC 结合 RTKLIB 能够更为全面、直观地反应观测数据质量，为 GPS 数据质量分析可视化提供了新的一种借鉴方法。
