川南丘陵区坡耕地占有较大比重且质量较差，是该区域水土流失的主要来源，坡改梯建设对于治理水土流失、改善川南丘陵地区农业生产条件有重要作用。本文以川南丘陵地区的内江市为例，就坡改梯工程梯田在规划建设以及建成后的养护管理中出现的田面规格过宽、耕作技术违背水土保持原则等问题进行了探讨分析，并提出采用保土耕作、生物护埂、培肥土壤等措施来加强梯田养护，弥补建设规格偏差带来的问题。%There is a large proportion of sloping farmland with rather poor quality in Southern Sichuan Hilly Region, which has become the major source of soil erosion in this region,and the construction of slope into terrace is an important solu-tion in controlling soil erosion and improving agricultural production conditions.Thus the Neijiang City is taken as an example and problems like the oversized field acreage,cultivating technology being against the principle of soil maintenance,are found in the planning and construction of the engineering terrace and the maintenance management after the completion of a project. And measures are put forward such as the soil conservation tillage,biological protective embankment,soil fertility and so on to strengthen the maintenance of terraced field,and thus to rid of the problems caused by the construction deviation.
