农村公路是农村基础设施的重要内容，其建设是新农村建设的重要抓手，为此，从内江市农村公路建设中存在的公路等级低、建设推进难、超期超限使用、养护管理主体不明确等问题入手，借鉴国内外农村公路建设和管理方面的经验，并结合现行国家标准和技术规范要求，就农村公路建设资金来源、适当提高规划建设标准、健全管理机制、解决专业技术人才缺乏、提高工程建设质量及运营维护等提出了相应的对策。%As an important part of the rural infrastructure construction,the rural road construction has become an im-portant task for the construction of a new socialist countryside.In consideration of the problems found in rural road construc-tion like the road rating being too low,great difficulty in implementation,use beyond service life and limit,maintenance staffs being unclear,by referring to experience concerning rural road construction and management both home and abroad,and in combination with the current state standard and technical specifications,corresponding measures are put forth in terms of the sources of fund,the upgrading of construction standards,the perfection of managing mechanism,the supply of professional talents,the enhancement of the quality of construction proj ects and the operation and road maintenance.
