火焰原子吸收法测定猪内脏中的铜

         

摘要

采用火焰原子吸收法对猪内脏中的铜进行了研究.研究结果表明,在取样量0.5 g 左右、预消解时间0.5 h、VHNO3∶VH2 O2=1∶1、消解时间3 min、中高火微波消解功率的条件下消解效果良好.测定铜的 RSD 为0.47%~1.69%,VHNO3∶VH2 O2样品的加标回收率为96.0%~105.0%,此法具有成本低廉、操作简单等优点,有利于铜的准确、快速测定.%The copper in pig’s haslet was studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.It was found that the micro-wave digestion effect was satisfzctory under the following conditions:0.5 g of pig’s haslet sampling,0.5 h of preliminary di-gestion,VHNO3∶VH2O2 =1∶1,3min of digestion time in mi-high fire microwave power.By this way,RSD was 0.47%~1.69% and the adding standard recovery was 96.%0~105.0%.The said method is characterized by low cost,and easy to handle,which makes it possible to find application in accurate and fast determination of copper.
