果胶壳聚糖复合磁性微球制备及吸附性能

         

摘要

Pectin and Chitosan can be synthesized to dielectric complex PEC under a suitable system.An adsorbent was synthesized with PEC by combining the magnetic ferroferric oxide nanoparticles,which is characterized by IR,SEM and the TG/DTA.The conditions to the adsorption of Cu2+ were systemically investigated by the PEC composite magnetic microsphere absorbents,such as the adsorption time,the adsorbent dosages,the concentration of Cu2+ and the value of pH.The result shows that the best time of adsorption is 1 .5 h by the PEC composite magnetic microspheres.Considering the unit adsorption and the removal rate,it is the best conditions to choose the dosage of 50 mg and the concentration of Cu2+of 100μg/mL.The value of pH should be controlled at about 5.72 because it can get the maximum adsorption,which can reach 20.33mg/g.%果胶和壳聚糖在适当的体系下能复合成聚电介质复合物PEC,并采用 Fe3 O4修饰制备了一种吸附剂-Fe3 O4-PEC复合磁性微球,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和差热分析对其进行表征.探究了以下四种因素对 Fe3 O4-PEC复合磁性微球吸附溶液中Cu2+量的影响:吸附时间、吸附剂用量、Cu2+的浓度和溶液的 pH.结果表明,PEC复合磁性微球的有效吸附时间为1.5 h;考虑到单位吸附量和去除率的影响,PEC 复合磁性微球的最佳用量为50 mg;铜离子的最佳初始浓度为100μg/mL;溶液的 pH 在5.72左右时,吸附量最佳,达到20.33 mg/g.
