Extend Miedema’s model has been used to calculate the formation enthalpy of Zr-Al,Zr-Cu and Al-Cu tenrry alloy systems in order to predict the amorphous forming compositions (AFCs)of Zr-Al-Cu ternary alloy system.In this paper, the formation enthalpy of solid solution (Hss)and amorphous phase (Hamor)of Zr-Al-Cu ternary system were calculated by Miedema theory and Toop’s model.The AFCs was determined using Hamor Hss 2 criterion.The calculation results agree well with the available experimental data.%为预测Zr-Al-Cu三元合金的非晶形成范围,运用扩展的 Miedema 模型计算了 Zr-Al、Zr-Cu 和 Al-Cu二元合金的形成焓,结合Toop几何模型,并以Zr为非对称组元,计算了 Zr-Al-Cu三元合金的形成焓值。计算结果表明,利用ΔHamor-ΔHss≤-2可以较好地预测该体系的非晶形成范围,而且预测的结果与实验结果能较好地吻合。
