The efficient running of the vocational training public service platform is closely related to the effective management monitoring. With combing of the theoretical study and management practice on Ningbo public vocational training platform for modern service industry , this thesis has made an exploration on the management mechanism of vocational training public service platform from three aspect: the access and exit mechanism, joint management mechanism, quality monitoring mechanism.%职业培训公共服务平台的高效运行，离不开有效的管理监控。本文结合理论研究和宁波市现代服务业公共职业培训平台的管理实践，着重从准入退出、联动管理和质量监控三个方面对职业培训公共服务平台的管理机制进行了探索。
