The book"Modern Commercial Law:Theoretical Basis and Standard System"by Professor Shuguang Zheng and co-authors has analyzed the basic theories and the systematic standards of modern commercial law. It has, thus, explored the evolution of the modern commercial law under the harmoniously interactive cases of modern civil law, commercial law and economic law, as well as under the context of commercial law’s perspective availability.
