配网建设与改造工程（以下简称“配网工程”），是指35KV及以下线路和设备新建或者改造的工程项目。35KV及以下配电网在整个电网中十分重要，是电网的基础。配网工程建设能够完善35KV及以下电网结构，使配网结构更趋合理，从而提高供电可靠性，提高配网安全运行水平。本文以宁波市鄞州供电局为例介绍了配网工程概况及其重要性、配网工程管理主要阶段及流程，提出了配网工程管理的建议。%The power distribution grid construction and modification project （hereinafter referred to as ＂ distribution grid project＂ ） , means 35KV and below lines and equipment of the new or renovated engineering projects. 35KV and below power distribution grid is very important in the whole of power grid , it is the foundation of the power grid. It can improve 35KV and below power grid structure, make the power distribution grid structure more reasonable, so as to improve the power supply reliability, and the power distribution grid security operation level. This paper takes Yinzhou power supply bureau of Ningbo City for example to introduce the power distribution grid engineering survey and its importance, the main stage and process of power distribution grid engineering management , and puts forward the suggestions to the power distribution grid engineering management.
