Objective To investigate two -week morbidity rate and it's major influential factors in rural residents in Litong district of Wuzhong, Ningxia. Methods The investigation was implemented at their homes with questionnaire in 14 administrative villages from 2 towns and 8641 residents from 2136 families. Results Two -week Morbidity Rate was 9. 9% . The major kinds of diseases of Two - week Morbidity were; Acute up - respiratory tract infection, Dizziness, Headache, Leg hurts, Heart disease, Acute/chronic Gastroenteritis, Lumbar Disc Disease. Using multiple Logistic regression, Two -week Morbidity Rate was related to gender, age, ethnicity and chronic diseases. Conclusion Rural community basic medical and public health service function should be improved and the health education and chronic disease management should be strengthened. Government would pay more attention to the elderly, women and children' s health care.%目的 了解宁夏吴忠市农村居民两周患病率现况及主要影响因素.方法 采用整群随机抽样方法对宁夏吴忠市利通区2个乡镇14个行政村2163户,共计8641名常住人口进行家庭健康询问调查.结果 吴忠市农村居民两周患病率为9.9%(标化率9.08%),明显低于国家第四次卫生服务调查值17.7%(标化率14.93%);两周患病的主要病种(症状)为上呼吸道感染、头晕/头痛/腿疼等症状、心脏疾病、急慢性胃肠炎、腰椎间盘突出.Logistic回归分析影响两周患病率的主要因素为女性、高年龄组、回族和患有慢性疾病.结论 宁夏吴忠市农村居民两周患病率明显低于全国农村平均水平,居民健康状况有所改善,还应重视老年人群、妇女、儿童的健康保健.
