Heilongjiang Province eco-agricultural development had distinctive characters in different areas. It depended on the development of circular agriculture and agricultural mechanization, with the new agricultural business as the main management model, and gradually became the trend of agricultural development. But there were some problems in the process, such as lacking of supervision, brand clutter, farmland quality decline, financial shortage, information and human resource shortage, and farmers' weak awareness on eco-agriculture. Some suggestions were provided to solve these problems.
