Based on comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign similar S&T services , Productivity Promotion Center can be divided into four categories according to the type of the dynamic mechanism in two stages:government leading non-profit, non-government leading non-profit, independent for-profit, and dependent for-profit institutions.The development path and four kinds of the dynamic mechanism and non-profit science and technology intermediary organization were described .%在综合分析国内外同类科技服务机构的基础上，按照动力机制的类型，将生产力促进中心按照两级划分为四类：政府主导的非营利性机构、非政府主导的非营利性机构、独立的营利性机构、非独立的营利性机构；阐述了四类机构的动力机制和非营利性科技中介机构的发展路径、机构模式。
