翠柏木材解剖性质和结晶度的径向变异及化学性质

         

摘要

对云南省昌宁产翠柏木材各生长轮间的解剖参数、结晶度的径向变异趋势和它们的相关性及化学性质做了全面的测定和分析.结果表明:管胞形态、胞壁率和结晶度总体径向变化趋势随生长轮龄的增加而增加,20~25a后趋于稳定;微纤丝角的径向变异趋势随着生长轮龄的增加而降低,20~25 a后趋于稳定;组织比量无明显变异规律.相关分析表明,结晶度与管胞长度、宽度和壁厚、胞壁率呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.984、0.978、0.951和0.950;与微纤丝角间呈极显著负相关,相关系数为0.934;与组织比量无显著相关;据此建立了木材结晶度与各解剖参数的预测模型,相关系数均在0.9以上.化学性质分析表明翠柏木材纤维素的质量分数是42.63%,综纤维素的质量分数是68.31%,木质素的质量分数是20.72%;乙醚、苯醇、1% NaOH、热水、冷水的质量分数分别是3.41%、10.26%、21.55%、5.83%和3.52%;灰分的质量分数为0.42%;pH值为5.89.%An experiment was conducted to study the radial variation and correlations of wood anatomical parameters and crystal-linity in each growth ring of Calocedrus macrolepis Kurz. in Changning County, Yunan Province. The chemical properties of wood were determined. Results indicated that tracheid morphological features. cell wall ratio and crystallinity increased with increasing age of growth rings, and tended to be stable at 20-25 years; microfibrillar angle gradually decreased and also tended to be stable at 20?5 years; while tissue proportion showed an unobvious change. Correlation analysis of crystallinity and anatomical features indicated that the crystallinity was significantly positively correlated with tracheid length, width and wall thickness and cell wall ratio, and the correlation coefficients ( R2 ) were 0.984, 0.978 , 0.951 and 0.950, respectively. A significantly negative correlation was observed between crystallinity and microfibrillar angle ( R2 =0.934) , and no significant correlation between crystalliuity and tissue ratio. Based on these results, prediction models of crystallinity and wood anatomical parameters were established, and the correlation coefficients were all up to 0. 9. Analysis of wood chemical properties of 6'. macrolepis indicated that the contents of cellulose, holocellulose, lignin, aether, benzene-alcohol, 1% NaOH extraction, hot water extraction, cold water extraction and ash were 42.63% , 68.31% , 20.72% , 3.41%, 10.26% , 21.55% , 5.83% 3.52% and 0.42% , relatively, and the pH value was 5. 89.
