By using the traditional taxonomical and morphological method,the several species of butterfly subfamily Pierinae are indentified and analyzed based on the specimens collected from Longnan,Tianshui, Lanzhou,Dingxi,Zhangye and Gannan of Gansu province.The total of 5 genera 1 3 species are identified and illustrated,of which 1 3 species of the external appearance of adult and male genitalia, 6 species of female genitalia have been dissected and described for the first time,which would provide reference and evidence for the species identification and phylogenetic relationship of this subfamily.%采用传统分类和形态学方法，对采自甘肃省陇南、天水、兰州、定西、张掖、甘南等地的5属13种粉蝶亚科昆虫进行鉴定和分析，结果提供了13种粉蝶成虫的外部形态照片，对13种粉蝶的雄性外生殖器和6种粉蝶的雌性外生殖器结构进行了描述，对于本亚科昆虫的种类鉴定和系统发育关系具有重要意义。
