不同含量的NBG对NBG/PLGA复合材料等温结晶、形貌和力学性能的影响

     

摘要

Nano-bioactive glasses(NBG)have been prepared by a quick alkali-mediated sol-gel method and freeze drying technique.And a serials of NBG/PLGA biodegradable composites with NBG of 3%,5%, 10%,20% and 30% in weight are prepared by solution mixing method.The NBG surface and element contents are investigated by FTIR, SEM/EDS. The crystallization behaviors, morphology and mechanical property of NBG/PLGA composites are investigated by DSC, SEM and electromechanical universal test for the first time,respectively.The results showed that well distributed NBG has been prepared by a quick alkali-mediated sol-gel method and combined freeze drying technology.The Avrami equation is suitable for describing the isothermal crystallization process of NBG/PLGA composites in this work,and with the addition of NBG, the crystallization rate of NBG/PLGA composites is enhanced. With the increase of NBG content, the tensile strength of the composites is first enhanced, then decreased.Finally it is found that the addition content of 10% NBG to PLGA matrix is the most appropriate proportion, the tensile strength and elongation at break of NBG/PLGA composite are increased 28.79% and 56.09%,respectively.The study would be of guidence to select the suitable fileer to PLGA polymer in manufacturing bone repair materials in future.%先采用碱性溶胶-凝胶法结合冷冻干燥技术制备纳米生物活性玻璃(NBG),再利用溶液共混的方法制备不同比例的纳米生物活性玻璃/聚丙交酯-乙交酯(NBG/PLGA)生物可降解复合材料(NBG 含量为3%,5%,10%,20%及30%).利用 FTIR,SEM 和 EDS 分析 NBG 表面形貌、元素组成和 NBG/PLGA 复合材料断面形貌;DSC 和 SANS 微机控制电子万能试验机分析不同含量的 NBG 对复合材料在不同温度下等温结晶行为和力学性能的影响.结果表明,碱性溶胶-凝胶法结合冷冻干燥技术成功获得了分散性良好的纳米生物活性玻璃粉末;与未添加 NBG 的 PLGA 相比, NBG 作为异相成核剂,有效提高了 PLGA 复合材料结晶能力,复合材料结晶时间随 NBG 含量增加而缩短.Avrami方程可用于描述本研究中 NBG/PLGA 复合材料的等温结晶过程.复合材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随 NBG 含量的增加,先增强后降低,NBG 的最佳添加量为10%,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别比纯 PLGA 提高28.79%和56.09%.该生物复合材料有望用于骨修复材料.
