甘肃省退耕还林工程生态效益评估

     

摘要

The ecological effects of the project of conversion of cropland to forest of Gansu Province was assessed with the distributed measurement method . The results show that the total ecological effects value of the project of conversion of cropland to forest of Gansu Province is 84.894 billion yuan annually . The total ecological effects value of the project of conversion of cropland to forest of Gansu Province in 2013 is far more than the total investment from 1999 to 2015 . The order of the ecological effects value of 6 ecological services from large to small is water conservation , soil conservation , carbon fixation and oxygen released , biodiversity protection , atmosphere environmental purification , nutrient accumulation . The order of the ecological effects value of different cities of prefectures is Pingliang , Qingyang , Longnan , Tianshui , Dingxi , Baiyin , Linxia , Zhangye , Lanzhou , Jiuquan , Wuwei , Gannan , Jinchang and Jiayuguan . Evaluation results truly reflect achievement of the project of conversion of cropland to forest of Gansu Province , w hich show that the project of conversion of cropland to forest of Gansu Province has obtained the good ecological effects .%基于分布式测算方法,对甘肃省退耕还林工程的生态效益进行了评估.结果表明,截至2013年,甘肃省退耕还林工程的生态效益总价值量为848.94亿元·a-1,相当于工程自实施到2015年的总投资.6项功能的价值量由大到小的顺序为涵养水源、保育土壤、固碳释氧、生物多样性保护、净化大气环境和营养物质积累.各市(州)生态效益价值量排序为平凉市>庆阳市>陇南市>天水市>定西市>白银市>临夏州>张掖市>兰州市>酒泉市>武威市>甘南州>金昌市>嘉峪关市.说明甘肃省退耕还林工程取得了较好的生态效益,评估结果真实地反映出甘肃省退耕还林工程所取得的成果.
