碳/蒙脱土复合载体的制备及其载铂电催化乙醇氧化性能

     

摘要

In order to improve to the performance of the catalysts towards ethanol oxidation, carbon coated MMT composite support are obtained by carbonized poly-pyrrole coated MMT at 800 癈. To study the support effect of carbon coated MMT, Pt nanoparticles are deposited on its surface by polyol reduction reaction. The crystal structure, surface morphology and the composite of the samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and the energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The electrochemical results show that the prepared Pt/MMT@C catalysts have larger electrochemical surface and higher catalysis activity for ethanol oxidation than the commercial Pt/C catalysts.%为了进一步提高直接乙醇燃料电池催化剂的性能,在800℃下碳化聚吡咯包覆的蒙脱土,制备碳包覆蒙脱土复合栽体.通过多醇还原法在其表面沉积铂纳米颗粒,并考察碳包覆蒙脱土复合栽体在电催化乙醇氧化反应中的效果.所制备的样品用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线光电子能谱分析了物相结构、表面形貌和组成.电化学结果表明,所合成的碳包覆蒙脱土负载铂催化剂比商业碳(Vulcan XC-72)载铂催化剂具有较大的电化学面积和电催化乙醇氧化活性.
