中药复方对麻黄素仔鼠血清 BUN 、 Cr含量和肾组织的影响

     

摘要

探讨中药复方液对麻黄素致肾组织损伤的作用.麻黄素组仔鼠用递增剂量连续腹腔注射0.2 mL浓度为2.0,3.0和4.0 g·L -1的麻黄素溶液,中药组仔鼠在注射麻黄素后分别灌胃0.2 mL浓度为20.0,30.0和40.0 g·L -1的中药复方液,分别于给药后5 d ,10 d和15 d称量检测仔鼠的体重和肾重;用比色法检测血清BUN、Cr含量的变化;用光学显微镜观察仔鼠肾组织结构的变化并测量肾小球直径的变化.结果显示麻黄素组小鼠体重均低于对照组,肾重高于对照组,肾小球直径明显大于对照组,血清BUN、Cr含量均高于对照组.中药组小鼠体重均高于麻黄素组,肾重低于麻黄素组,肾小球直经明显小于麻黄素组,血清BUN、Cr含量均低于麻黄素组;麻黄素组小鼠肾皮质和髓质都有不同程度的损伤,中药组小鼠肾损伤有不同程度减轻和修复.表明中药复方液能有效减少麻黄素引起的组织细胞损伤,对麻黄素所致小鼠肾损伤有良好的保护作用.%To explore the poison effects of ephedrine and protective of Chinese medicine compound on filial mice injured by ephedrine , the ephedrine groups are intraperitoneal injected escalation doses 0.2 mL( 2.0 , 3.0 ,4.0 g · L -1 ) of ephedrine , and Chinese medicine group after injected ephedrine 1 h respectively intragastric with 0.2 mL the concentration of 20.0 ,30.0 and 40.0 g·L -1 of Chinese medicine compound . At 5 ,10 and 15 d respectively , body weight , kidney weight are determinded as well as content of BUN , Cr are examined by colorimetry . T he changes of the renal tissue structures are observerd by histological methods and diameter of glomeruli are measured . The results show that the ephedrine group body weight of mice are less than control group and kidney weight are higher than control group , the diameter of glomerular are higher than control group . The content of BUN , Cr of ephedrine group is higher than control group .But the Chinese medicine group , the body weight of mice is higher than the ephedrine group and kidney weight is less than ephedrine group , diameter of glomerular is less than ephedrine group , the content of serum BUN , Cr is less than ephedrine group . Kindey cortex and medulla of ephedrine group mice appear some different damnification . The damnification of Chinese medicine group mice kidney is lightened and renovated . Regular doses of ephedrine cause the histological damage of kidney . The Chinese medicine compound could reduce the tissue cell damage and protect kidney of mice from ephedrine damage effectively .
