基于DPSIR模型的兰州市低碳城市发展评价

     

摘要

Based on the DPSIR concept model, this paper constructes the evaluation index system of low carbon city of Lanzhou City. The AHP is used to determine the index weights, and the linear weighted method is also used to calculate comprehensive index value of low carbon city development of Lanzhou from 2005 to 2009. According to the relevant evaluation criteria, the results are graded to determine the low carbon city development types. The results show that from 2005 to 2009, the low carbon city development state is in the second grade and the comprehensive indicator downward overall and the development type of low carbon city transites from high carbon economy type to ultrahigh carbon economy type in Lanzhou City. On the basis of the above, the specific suggestions about low carbon city construction of Lanzhou City are put forward.%基于DPSIR概念模型,构建了兰州市低碳城市评价指标体系.运用层次分析法确定指标权重,用线性加权法计算兰州市2005-2009年的低碳城市发展综合指标值,并根据相关评价标准,对结果进行了等级划分,以此确定低碳城市发展类型.结果表明,2005-2009年,兰州市低碳城市发展状态基本处于第Ⅱ等级,其综合值总体呈波动下降趋势,并由高碳经济类型过渡到超高碳经济类型.在此基础上,提出了兰州市低碳城市建设的具体建议.
