以1999-2009年人均GDP为基础数据,引入标准差系数、变异系数、nich指数、Moran's I指数和锡尔指数对贵州省区域经济总体差异进行测度.结果表明,1999-2009年贵州省县域经济绝对差异逐步扩大,相对差异则先扩大(1999-2003年)后缩小(2003-2009年);区域经济发展速度不平衡,存在明显的地域差异;县域经济发展水平具有地理上的集聚特征,且集聚作用在逐渐增强；经济发展的二元结构严重,整体水平偏低；县域经济在空间分布上存在明显的不均衡性,形成了以贵阳市、遵义市为核心的经济发达区和黔东、黔西经济落后地带区；黔中地区内部差异是导致贵州省经济总体差异的主要原因.%Based on the data of per-capita GDP from 1999 to 2009, the paper makes quantitative study on the regional economic difference in Guizhou Province by means of mathematical model. The results show that the absolute difference of county economy has been gradually expanding, the relative difference is first expanded(1999—2003) and then narrowed(2003—2009); the speed of regional economic development is unbalanced, existing obvious region difference; the development level of county economy takes on the feature of geographical agglomeration, and the agglomeration function is gradually strengthened; the dual structure of economic development is serious, the overall level is low; a space structure in the Guizhou is formed that the developed regions centered on the urban districts of Guiyang and Zunyi , and the backward areas are mainly in the eastern Guizhou and western Guizhou; the inner difference of the central area in Guizhou plays a role in the regional economic difference of Guizhou Province.
