2,4,6-三(3,5-二甲基吡唑)-1,3,5-三嗪rn碳糊修饰电极阳极溶出伏安法测定铅

     

摘要

A differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry was developed for the sensitive and selective determination of Pb(Ⅱ) at a 2,4,6-tri(3,5-dimethylpyrazoyl)-1,3,5-triazine modified carbon paste electrode. The analysis procedure consisted of an open circuit accumulation step in stirred sample solution,a medium exchange step to a clean solution and subsequently a anodic potential stripping step.The current was proportional to the concentration of the Pb(Ⅱ) ion in a range from 5.1×10-8 to 8.0×10-5 mol/L for 5min accumulation,while most of metal ions did not interfere the determination.The developed method was applied to Pb(Ⅱ) determination in tap water.%用2,4,6-三(3,5-二甲基吡唑)-1,3,5-三嗪(TDT)制得碳糊修饰电极,在pH=5.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,将Pb(Ⅱ)富集在电极上,用差示脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定铅,Pb(Ⅱ)的浓度在5.1×10-8~8.0×10-5mol/L范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系.该电极用于测定自来水中铅(Ⅱ)的含量,效果满意.
