用于引信隔爆机构的双振子直线超声电机设计

         

摘要

研制了一种新型双振子直线超声电机,可用于引信安全系统,实现电机与隔爆机构一体化设计.结合电机工作原理,分析了其在引信安全系统中使用的可行性;通过有限元分析软件(ANSYS)建立电机定子有限元模型,根据模态一致性调节原则设计了电机定子尺寸;定子、夹持采用一体化设计,实现了预压力施加.最后制作样机并开展实验研究.结果表明:定子模态测试结果与仿真结果吻合,工作模态周围无干扰模态;电机单程最大平均速度为358 mm/s;最大输出力为5 N;导爆孔直径为5 mm情况下的隔爆对正时间仅为0.015 s;且能实现引信安全保险机构的安全与待发状态可逆调节,满足引信安全保险机构设计要求.%A new type of double-vibrator linear ultrasonic motor is developed, which is used for controlling the safety system of the fuze and realized the integrating design of motor and isolating explosion mechanism.Based on the working principle of the motor, the feasibility of its use in the fuze safety system is analyzed;the finite element model of the stator is established by ANSYS, and the size of the stator is designed according to the principle of modal consistency regulation;pre-pressure is realized by adopting the integrated design of the stator and the clamp;finally, a prototype is made to carry out experimental research, and the results show that the stator modal test results and simulation results are consistent, no interference mode around the working mode;motor one-way maximum average speed is 358 mm/s;the maximum output force to 5 N;burst of positive time is only 0.0145 s;the motor can realize the two state of the fuze safety insurance agencies reversible regulation function.
