电磁阻尼器的气隙磁场及阻尼力矩的高精度分析

         

摘要

In this paper, an analytical method is presented, which is for modeling the magnetic field distribution in the air gap region of electromagnetic damper with a cotyloid rotor, which is indispensable for cushioning the shock during space rendezvous and docking operation. Sections 1 through 3 of the full paper explain our analysis mentioned in the title, which we believe is a high precision one. The core of sections 1 through 3 is that we build a two dimensional model of electromagnetic damper to study its damping torque characteristics with a finite element analysis software. The simulation study includes: (1) the influence of air gap magnetic field on damping torque characteristics; (2) the relationship between damping torque and the number of revolutions per minute of cotyloid rotor; (3) the effects of structure parameters of rotor such as rotor length, rotor thickness on the damping torque characteristics are analyzed. The simulation results, presented in Fig. 5, and their analysis, appear to indicate that our high precision analysis is helpful to the design of electromagnetic damper.%针对空间对接机构中使用的杯形转子电磁阻尼器的结构特点和工作原理,建立一个仅依赖与几何尺寸和材料特性的气隙磁场解析模型.对杯形转子电磁阻尼器的磁路进行理论分析,并通过有限元分析验证该解析方法.进一步在磁路解析的基础上,建立电磁阻尼器的简化模型,对杯型转子电磁阻尼器的阻尼力矩进行有限元仿真.分析了电磁阻尼器的几个关键参数与阻尼力矩的关系,为电磁阻尼器的设计提供了一定的理论基础.
