基于弹塑性有限元法的含多部位损伤(MSD)板剩余强度分析

         

摘要

文章采用非线性弹塑性分析方法进行多裂纹结构剩余强度分析,提出了通过选择结构的载荷响应从线性段到非线性段转折点来预测剩余强度的方法.应用该方法对多部位损伤2524 -T3铝合金平板结构进行了剩余强度的试验研究及预测,并与已有的表观断裂韧度kapp准则、净截面屈服准则、韧带屈服准则等失效准则预测进行了对比.结果表明,文中方法思路清晰,容易实现,适用于多种形式的含裂纹结构,并且预测的结果与试验结果吻合良好.%Aim. The introduction of the full paper discusses MSD structures and then proposes the method mentioned in the title, which is what we believe to be better than previous ones and which is explained in sections 1 and 2. Their core consists of; " We propose a nonlinear elastic-plastic analysis method for predicting the residual strength of MSD structure by choosing the turning point of structure load responses from linear section to non-linear section. Then our method and the experimental method were used to investigate the residual strengths of 2524-T3 a-luminum panels with MSD. We employed K-apparent Criterion, Net Section Yield Criterion and "Ligament Yield Criterion to predict the residual strengths of the cracked panels. " Both experimental and computed results, presented in. Tables 3 and 4, and their analysis show preliminarily that our method is not only clear and easily implement-able but also suitable for complicated cracked structures.
