Objective To build the Health Quotient Assessment Scale for puerperal women ,to provide compre‐hensive ,effective and uniform assessment tool for postpartum women's health management .Method Delphi (Delphi method) was used for 20 rounds of expert advice ,positive coefficient by analysts ,the extent and degree of coordina‐tion authority to test the reliability of the method .Result two round consultants positive coefficients were 90 .91%and 100% ;expert authority coefficient was 0 .86 ;expert coordination coefficients were 0 .348 and 0 .501 ,There was significant difference (P<0 .01) .Comprehensive analysis of the results of expert advice and established the three basic dimensions of health consultation tables and 42 entries pool .Conclusion Puerperal women and health providers to assess the scale has high reliability ,covering women's awareness of postpartum maternal and child health ,health knowledge and health capabilities ,puerperal women’s health as a basis for management's assessment .%目的：构建产褥期妇女健商评估量表，为产褥期妇女健康管理提供全面、有效、统一的评估工具。方法采用Delphi（德尔菲法）对20名专家进行两轮咨询，通过分析专家积极系数、权威程度和协调程度来检验方法的可靠性。结果两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为90．91％和100％；专家权威系数为0．86；专家协调系数分别为0．348和0．501，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。综合分析专家咨询结果，确立了健商量表的3个基本维度及42个条目池。结论产褥期妇女健商评估量表具有较高的可靠性，涵盖妇女产褥期母婴健康意识、健康知识与健康能力，可作为产褥期妇女健康管理的评估依据。
