授权原理与多阶段改变理论相结合的教育模式对老年糖尿病患者饮食自我管理的影响

         

摘要

Objective To study the effect of educational methods of empowerment and multi‐stage theory of change on diet behavior management for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes .Method A total of 118 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomized divided into experiment group and control group .Patients in the control group received conventional educational methods ,patients in experiment group received the educational methods combined with empowerment and multi‐stage theory of change .The C‐DES‐SF ,SDSCA and DSES scale scores of diet was measured and compared between the two group .Result The scores of C‐DES‐SF ,SDSCA ,DSES were higher in the intervention group than that of the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Well correction of bad diet behaviors by ap‐plication of educational methods combined with empowerment and multi‐stage theory of change for elderly patients would help their to improve the ability of self‐care and the level of self‐efficacy in patients’ dietary behaviors .%目的探讨授权原理与多阶段改变理论相结合的教育模式与传统的糖尿病教育模式对老年2型糖尿病患者饮食行为的影响。方法将118例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规的教育方法;干预组采用授权原理与多阶段改变理论相结合的教育方法。比较两组患者糖尿病授权简化量表(C‐DES‐SF)、糖尿病自护行为量表(SDSCA)及糖尿病自我效能量表(DSES)得分及饮食行为改变阶段频数。结果干预组患者,C‐DES‐SF , SDSCA ,DSES得分较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论运用授权原理与多阶段改变理论相结合的教育模式,能帮助老年糖尿病患者提高授权能力及饮食自我管理水平。
