视听健康教育在中心静脉置管肿瘤患者中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨应用视听健康教育教材对行中心静脉置管患者的健康教育效果.方法 将226例中心静脉置管患者分为实验组和对照组,各113例.实验组采用视听教材行中心静脉置管健康教育,对照组采用常规口头讲述结合书面教育方式,比较两种健康教育方式的应用效果.结果 实验组和对照组患者对健康教育内容的了解情况、导管自护方法,对健康教育的满意度以及护士工作时间方面差异均有显著意义(P<0.05).结论 自制的视听教育教材具有直观、生动、通俗易懂等优点,能有效满足患者的健康教育需求,值得推广应用.%Objective To study the application effect of audio-visual health education materials for patients with central venous catheter. Method 226 patients with central venous catheters were divided into experimental group and control groups. 113 patients in each group, audio-visual materials was applied in experimental group, conventional oral presentation combined with a written education was used in control group. Result The understanding on health education content, catheter self-care methods, satisfaction of health education and nurses working time was significant differences between the two groups. (P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Audio-visual education materials has more advantages, such as direct, vivid, and easy to understand, etc. It can effectively meet the health education needs for patients, and should be widely applied.
