目的 探讨急性脑卒中患者的照护者疾病获益感,为临床护理提供新思路.方法 采用现象学研究方法,于2018年2-6月进行资料收集,对15名急性脑卒中患者照护者进行访谈.结果 急性脑卒中患者的照护者存在疾病获益感,并可归纳为4个主题:角色适应;世界观改变(珍惜健康、珍惜与亲人相处时间);个人成长(疾病相关知识增加、情绪控制);健康行为改善(饮食方式改变、良好的生活习惯).结论 急性脑卒中患者照护者能够从家人的患病经历中体验到疾病获益感.医护人员应了解急性脑卒中患者照护者疾病获益感,以促进照护者早期发现疾病获益感,并对其进行针对性的指导.%Objective To investigate the benefit finding of caregivers caring for acute stroke.Methods Phenomenological method was used in this study, In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 caregivers of acute stroke from February 2018 to June 2018.Results Caregivers had benefit finding which could be mainly classified into 4themes:role adaptation;change of world outlook (cherish health, cherish time with family members);personal growth (increased disease-related knowledge, emotional control);improvement of healthy behavior (change in diet, good habits).Conclusion Caregivers of acute stroke can get the benefit finding during the period of care giving.Health care workers should be aware of the benefit finding of caregivers to promote early detection and supply the guidance of benefit finding for caregivers of acute stroke.
