随着老年痴呆患者的年轻化,早老性痴呆发病人数越来越多,形势严峻.文章从社区、医院、家庭3个方面综述了早老性痴呆患者适龄服务模式,提出了对患者进行有针对性的需求评估、通过统一管理保证服务的可持续性、增加社会对早老性痴呆患者及其家庭的关注度的建议,从而促进社会和政府支持及以社区为单位为早老性痴呆患者及其照顾者提供适龄服务.%With the younger age of dementia,the number of young onset dementia(YOD) is increasing and the situation is severe.The article reviews the age-appropriate service model for YOD from the three aspects of community,hospital and family.It proposes a targeted as-sessment of patients'needs,guarantees the sustainability of services through unified management,and increases society's response to YOD,in order to promote social,government support and community-based advice for age-appropriate services for YOD and their caregivers.
