肿瘤专科护士核心能力现状及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的：探讨肿瘤专科护士核心能力现状及其影响因素，为提高肿瘤专科护士核心能力提供参考。方法采用一般情况问卷、注册护士核心能力量表、一般自我效能感量表，对湖南省某三级甲等肿瘤医院的400名肿瘤专科护士进行核心能力与自我效能感的问卷调查，并采用描述性分析、Pearson相关分析、Spearsman相关分析、多元逐步回归分析探讨核心能力水平及相关影响因素。结果肿瘤专科护士核心能力总分为（141.30±22.75）分，处于中上等水平，肿瘤专科护士核心能力主要与文化程度、年龄、自我效能感呈正相关（P<0.01）。结论肿瘤专科护士核心能力的主要影响因素有文化程度、年龄、自我效能感，提示可通过制定相应的培训计划，提高核心能力水平。%Objective To explore the current status and the influence factors of core competence of oncology specialized nurses, and to provide reference for the improvement of core competence of oncology specialized nurses. Methods A total of 400 clinical nurses in one third-level first-class cancer hospital in Hunan province were investigated with General Information Questionnaire, Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse and General Self-Efficacy Scale. The analysis methods included descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, Spearsman correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results The total score of core competence among specialized nurses was 141.30±22.75. The core competence was primarily related with education background, age and self-efficacy (P<0.01). Conclusion The main influential factors of core competence of specialized nurses are education background, age and self-efficacy and corresponding training plan will help to enhance the level of core competence.
