经皮行肝动脉化疗栓塞术肝癌患者生活质量与希望水平及应对方式的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship among quality of life, level of hope and coping style of liver cancer patients treated with Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE). Methods Totally 135 patients of primary liver cancer treated with TACE were investigated by demographic information sheet, the quality of life Scale (FACT-G), Herth Hope Index (HHI) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ). Results The total score of quality of life in liver cancer patients treated with TACE was 61.16± 14.12, that of level of hope 32.36±5.51 and that of coping style 44.44±6.56. The score of quality of life was positively correlated with that of level of hope, and that of confrontation and avoidance in coping style (r=0.455,0.344 respectively,P<0.01) but negatively with that of resignation in coping style (r=-0.282,P<0.01). Conclusion Quality of life of liver cancer patients treated with TACE maitains in a moderate level. Nurses should pay more attention to their level of hope and coping style, taking effective measures to improve the quality of life in liver cancer patients treated with TACE.%目的：探讨经皮行肝动脉化疗栓塞术的肝癌患者生活质量与希望水平及应对方式的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、生活质量量表、希望水平量表和应对方式量表，对大连市某三级甲等医院135例经皮行肝动脉化疗栓塞术的肝癌患者进行调查。结果经皮行肝动脉化疗栓塞术的肝癌患者生活质量总分为（61.16±14.12）分，处中等水平；希望水平总分为（32.36±5.51）分，应对方式总分为（44.44±6.56）分；生活质量总分及各维度与希望水平总分及各维度呈正相关（P<0.01）；与应对方式屈服维度呈负相关（r=-0.282，P<0.01），与面对维度和回避维度呈正相关（r=0.455，0.344，P<0.01)。结论经皮行肝动脉化疗栓塞术的肝癌患者生活质量处中等水平，希望水平较高患者，采用面对应对方式，其生活质量水平较高。护理人员应从希望水平、应对方式角度出发，采取针对性措施，以提高经皮行肝动脉化疗栓塞术的肝癌患者生活质量。
