目的：探讨足浴按摩治疗糖尿病0级足血管病变的疗效。方法选择70例患者随机分为对照组和干预组各35例。对照组予常规治疗；干预组在对照组基础上加中药泡足和足部按摩，疗程为14 d。结果治疗前后干预组足部经皮氧分压比较有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗后组间足部经皮氧分压和足部症状疗效比较有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论足浴按摩能改善糖尿病患者足部经皮氧分压和足部症状，延缓糖尿病足的进展。%Objective To explore the effect of foot bath and massage on vascular disease of diabetic foot (grade 0). Methods The study involved control group(n=35) and intervention group(n=35). Patients in control group were given conventional treatment while those in intervention group foot bath with herb medicine and massage on the basis of conventional treatment for 14 d. Results The foot transcutaneous oxygen pressure (TcPO2) of intervention group indicated statistic significance before and after the intervention (P<0.01). The comparison of foot TcPO2 and symptomatic effect between two groups showed statistic significance ( P<0.01). Conclusion Foot bath and massage can improve foot TcPO2 and symptom of diabetics,which in turn prevent diabetic foot.
