总结报道我国建立医院消毒供应中心质量技术新的管理机制的方法和成效.通过正确认识消毒供应中心质量技术的专业内涵;转变观念,夯实消毒供应中心质量技术管理的专业基础;依据卫生行业标准,根据消毒供应中心质量技术要求,建立明确的质量标准、操作规程、内部质量检验、工作效果评价工具等,加强了医院消毒供应中心的专业建设,消毒供应中心质量管理得以持续改进,发挥了消毒供应专业人才队伍的作用.认为建立消毒供应中心质量技术管理机制对我国消毒供应专业发展有重要的意义.%This paper introduced the new management mechanism of technology and quality in central sterile supply department (CSSD) and explored its effects. With paradigm shift, the new mechanism was founded in the basis of appropriate cognition of technology and quality in CSSD. A definite quality standard, operating instruction, internal quality testing and effect estimation approach were established in accordance with the health profession standard. With the new management mechanism, continuous improvement of quality management was achieved in CSSD. It is considered that the new management mechanism of technology and quality in CSSD plays a critical part in the development of sterile supply in China.
