基于高端智能模型的急救综合情景教学设计与效果评价

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the application and its effect of intelligent model in comprehensive emergency situational teaching.Methods Different emergency situations designed by ECS was provided in teaching. Self- and mutual-evaluation of nursing students on teaching process were conducted and questionnaires were applied to assess the effect of the teaching. Results 96% of the nursing students were satisfied with the teaching and over 92% of them regarded the teaching benefited their future work. Conclusion The application of intelligent model in comprehensive emergency situational teaching not only stimulates learning interests of nursing students, but raises their awareness of emergency.%目的 探索高端智能模型在急救综合情景教学中的教学设计及效果评价.方法 使用ECS高端智能模型设计不同情景,模拟临床逼真场景,对98名有急救理论基础和基本技能的护生进行授课,通过护生自评、互评完善教学环节,最后进行问卷调查,评价此教学设计的效果.结果 96%的护生对该教学设计表示非常满意,92%以上的护生认为此教学设计对今后救护工作的适应能力、临床综合能力和团队合作能力有很大帮助.结论 高端模拟人应用于急救综合情景教学,一方面激发了护生的学习兴趣,做学习的主人;另一方面,逼真的临床模拟情景可培养护生的急救综合技能,增强护生的急救意识,大大缩短了课堂和临床之间的距离.
