Objective To understand the status of prevention and control of nosocomial infection of clinical nurses and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied among 234 clinical nurses.Results Few nosocomial infection training was provided for nurses in ground hospitals and nurses were with insufficient understanding of nosocomial infection.Meanwhile, disinfection and isolation were performed better with a mean score over 2.50 while nurses displayed relatively weakly in carrying out operation specifications and were with poor compliance of hand hygiene since only 57.1％ of the nurses were with a washing time over 15 s.Insufficient attention from leaders, inadequate consciousness of nurses and lacking of professional knowledge were factors exerting influence on specification.Conclusion The overall execution of specification performed relatively well,however, great attention should be attached to execution and more training are needed.The cohesion of culture presents as an effective method to improve the execution of execution.%目的 了解临床护士医院感染防控执行力现状及其影响因素.方法 自设问卷对广州、深圳6家医院234名临床护士进行调查,内容包括医院感染防控知识培训情况,医院感染防控认知和执行力,影响执行的因素等.结果 临床护士接受医院感染防控培训较少,对医院感染认识不足,其中对医院感染的概念和涉及人群得分仅(1.89±0.69)分.在执行力方面,消毒隔离执行力较好,平均分均超过2.50分;严格执行操作规范相对薄弱,手卫生依从性差,洗手时间超过15 s的护士仅占57.1%.单位领导重视不够、护理人员安全隐患意识不足、专业医院感染防控知识储备不足是影响医院感染执行力的最主要因素.结论 临床护士医院感染防控执行力总体水平较好,部分环节仍需加强.应设法提高领导的重视程度,提高执行者的认知水平,利用文化的凝聚作用是提升医院感染执行力的有效手段.
